Description
Konavle, a beautiful green area on the south of Croatia, is reminiscent of Tuscany with its rolling green hills speckled with traditional villages. This property is on the edge of the little old village of Dubravka in Konavle, in a very quiet and unspoilt location only 10km from the coast, and about 30 minutes drive south of Dubrovnik. Gorgeous restaurants, shops and swimming spots can be found in the charming town of Cavtat, 20km to the north. There is also a nice pebble beach in Molunat, only 10km away. You can also easily cross the border into Montenegro for the day and visit places such as Budva, Kotor and Sveti Stefan.
The villa sits in an elevated position with splendid views of woods, fields and hills. It is surrounded by a lovely garden and has a wonderfull swimming pool and terrace with a barbecue. Villa Anna has five double bedroomas all with magnificent views of the countryside to the hills of Konavle. The house is ideal for a group of friends or a bigger family who want to get away from it all.
