Both are beautifully positioned featuring stunning views of Dubrovnik Old Town, nearby island of Lokrum and Dubrovnik Riviera. These comfortable, well equipped units are perfect for families as well as for two couples or a small group looking to enjoy in what Dubrovnik has to offer.

 

For those who wish to explore the area with organized tours and excursions, there is a local bus stop 150 m from the apartment which is a pickup point for most tour buses. Our agency is at your disposal to provide all the information on the desired excursions and to book and deliver the tickets. Old Town port is also within walking distance and is a popular starting point for boats traveling to nearby islands and small town of Cavtat.

 

 

Karla Apartment

The bigger of the two units, one bedroom apartment, features a double bedroom with a possibility of an extra bed if needed, new bathroom with a bath tub, and a lounge/dinning area with plenty of sunshine and a splendid view. Kitchenette is also a part of the dining area. Balcony is an outdoor extension of the lounge area and can accommodate small table and chairs for those looking to enjoy the warm Mediterranean weather. The lounge also holds a double pullout sofa bed, making the maximum number of people Karla Apartment can accommodate – 5.

Karla Studio

Studio apartment is right next door to the one bedroom apartment and offers combined sleeping and dining area with a balcony facing Dubrovnik Old Town and the sea. Studio is newly furnished and offers comfortable housing for two people. If needed, there is also a pullout sofa bed which can accommodate two extra persons.
