This family run boutique hotel is situated at the beginning of the pedestrian area in the old town of Cavtat, in a centuries old Renaissance building. It got its name after a famous Croatian opera singer Tino Pattiera (1890-1966) who lived in the house. After years of being just a residence, this villa is reopening its doors as a hotel in May 2006.
Hotel totals with 10 superior and 2 standard rooms. The only difference between the rooms is that superior rooms have balconies. Rooms are spacious and richly and eclectically decorated. All rooms are equipped with mini bar and satellite TV. Also a part of the hotel is a famous restaurant Dalmacija known for traditionally delicious Dalmatian cuisine. Meals for the hotel guests are served in this restaurant.
