Description

Bellavista Apartments are made up of three 3 bedroom apartments: Kiko, Yellow, and Green. Each of the three apartments has a separate entrance, two double bedrooms and one single bedroom with a possibility of extra bed, one central air-conditioning unit, fully equipped kitchen with dining area adjacent to the living area. Bottom apartment (Green) has a terrace with a small garden and sea view, while two other apartments have balconies and a spectacular view of sea and Dubrovnik’s Old Town. In addition, the top floor apartment also has satellite TVs in two double bedrooms in addition to the one in the living room.

 

Apartments are located in the part of Dubrovnik called ‘Ploce’, just above the Old Town. This area is often preferred by the locals as it provides magnificent views and the proximity of the majority of entertainment and cultural venues in the Old Town while still being out of reach of the crowds during high tourist season. There are stairs next to the house leading to the Old Town (around 10 minutes walking), and if you don’t feel like walking back uphill, there are taxis on both main entrances to the Old Town (Ploce Gate and Pile Gate) which will charge around 7 EUR to take you back to the apartment.

 

For those who wish to explore the area with organized tours and excursions, there is a local bus stop 150 m from the apartment which is a pickup point for most tour buses. Our agency is at your disposal to provide all the information on the desired excursions and to book and deliver the tickets. Old Town port is also within walking distance and is a popular starting point for boats traveling to nearby islands and small town of Cavtat.
