This Villa is situated in a fisher village called Molunat in the mediterranean region of Konavle. Ca.45 km away from the "Pearl of Adriatic" - the historical place Dubrovnik and 20 km west of Cavtat, the historical smalltown. The beuatiful beaches and the typical "village-atmosphere" makes this location the perfect getaway corner where you can dangle your soul.
The house has 9 different apartments all with balconies and there is a communal swimming pool for your use.
The restaurant downstairs is run by the owner of the Villa. The sea with its lovely pebble and concrete beaches is located just across the road.
We recommend to have a car if you wish to visit Dubrovnik, Cavtat, the horse back riding center, or any other historical place in the surroundings - but even if you do not have a car, you can have beautiful walks, relax or we can organize some vehicle or transportation for you - just let us know.

Apartment 3 is an one double bedroom apartment with an extra sofabed suitable for 2+2 guests. It features one double bedroom with livingroom and kitchenette.
